การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบงานการแข่งขันกีฬา โดยใช้การแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ภาคเหนือ เป็นกรณีศึกษา ระบบงานแบ่งออกเป็น การจัดเก็บข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการแข่งขัน การจัดตารางการแข่งขันการสรุปผลการแข่งขัน การดำเนินการพัฒนาระบบใช้ทฤษฎีการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ แบบวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development LifeCycle) 7 ขั้นตอน จัดเก็บและจัดการบานข้อมูลด้วยระบบจัดการข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ MySQL ใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการเขียนสคริปต์เพื่อติดต่อกับฐานข้อมูล เรียกใช้งานระบบผ่านโปรแกรม web browser คือ Internet explorer พัฒนาส่วนการติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งานด้วยโปรแกรม Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถช่วยในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาได้อย่างถูกต้องสามารถจัดตารางการแข่งขันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และรายงานผลการแข่งขันได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้งาน พบว่า มีค่าความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abstract: The objective of this case study was to design and develop the sport management system by using the Computer of the Northern Rajabhat Universities.The systems covered gathering of competition basic data, time schedules, and results of the completion. The process of system development used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 7 steps. Gathering and arranging database with MySQL system using PHP language to write script connected with the database, operated through web browser program as an Internet Explorer. Development of the communication to the users was done with macromedia dream weaver 8.0 programs. The research developed a computer system able to help sport management correctly, able to set up the completive time tables effectively and able to give the completive resects quickly as well. The evaluation from the user’s opinion showed that they were very satisfactory.
