Studied and designed the solar fumigator follow the sunlight had 2 parts. The size was 100 x 100x50 centimeters for the front high and 76 centimeters rear high. A solar fumigator was built from steel box outside cover by plywood, inside cover by black plain zinc. The upper side was the door with a transparent glass. The bottom’s size was 100 centimeters wide, 100 centimeters long and 23 centimeters high. Results showed that average temperature inside the solar fumigator was 64.64 oC, while outside was 32.81 oC. It made approximately 65.33 % of temperature different. Highest temperature was 79 oC, lowest temperature was 27 oC. Percentage of decreasing moisture in wet and dry standard of beef were 66.89 and 203.04 with rate of evaporation at 110.36 g/hr. Percentage of decreasing moisture in wet and dry standard of pork were 69.60 and 228.58 with rate of evaporation at 114.42 g/hr. Percentage of decreasing moisture in wet and dry standard of fish were 67.20 and 205.31 with rate of evaporation at 112.08 g/hr.
