From Biological study of Habenaria dentata found that the flowering mouth starts in November. Each phase of flower (budding, flowering, withering, and fruiting) took approximately a week and 3-4 weeks for seeding which was in January. Stem lengths vary from 41.7-74.2 cm. and the average is at 54.6 cm. The lengths of inflorescence vary from 1.5-16.9 cm. with 5-32 flowers on each one and the average is at 6.7 cm. with about 13 flowers each. Some involved insects were black ants, The Red Lacewing (Cethosia biblis perakana Fruhstorfer,1912), flies, wasps, gnat (Trigona sp.), aphids, and the Sergeant Butterfly (Athym selenophora amharina). Percentage of increased pollinated stigma during the night was up to 56.52%, and found that H. dentata has self-pollination but let pollinators work at night.
