This research studies the physical properties of magnetic water treatment in tap water and deionized water. The surface tension was an interested field in this research. We found that the surface tension of treated water was lower than that of untreated water in every duration time. The suitable treated time and delay time were 5 hrs and 4-5 days, respectively. The surface tensions of treated and untreated water were increased when the CaSO4 salt was dissolved in it. Moreover the solubility of CaSO4 salt was higher in treated water than untreated water.
