หินเพอร์ไลต์ (อังกฤษ: Perlite) เป็นหินอสัณฐานภูเขาไฟที่มีปริมาณน้ำค่อนข้างสูง โดยเกิดจากการที่น้ำเข้าไปทำปฏิกิริยากับหินอ๊อบซิเดียน มักจะพบตามธรรมชาติ เมื่อถูกเผาจะเกิดการขยายตัว มีการนำมาใช้ในทางอุตสาหกรรม และเป็นผลผลิตทางการค้าที่มีประโยชน์ เนื่องจากคุณสมบัติที่มีน้ำหนักเบาหลังจากผ่านกระบวนการเผาไปแล้ว
