TiO2 thin films on stainless steels were Prepared by Dip-coating Method. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the films are amorphous and Ti metal. The resistivity of the films is about 0.031 ohm.cm at 600 oc and the resistivity increases at lower tempertue and it is 0.111 ohm.cm at 400 oc
