Relation of Pressure and Dielectric properties of Barium Titanate
The purposes of this research were to study pressure effect of dielectric in Barium Titanate. Barium Titanate made by mixture of Barium Carbonate and Titanium dioxide in the ratio 1:1 by mole and grinding by used ball milling method for six hours. Then the mixed powders were calcined at 800 oC for two hours. Then using pressure 15,000 N, 25,000 N, 35,000 N and 45,000 N respectively in oder prestle to disk. In this for sintering Barium Titanate, we have burnt the product at temperature 900 oC for two hours. And have to electrode sample by using silver paste measurement of electric capacity then calculated to dielectric constant. Barium Titanate which using pressure 45,000 N for prestle to disk had the maximum dielectric constant.For dielectric constant average varied to pressure
